For many years, Mr. Johnson\u2019s primary focus has been in the areas of Trusts, Personal and Business Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning, Business and Real Estate transactions. During his many years of practicing law, Mr. Johnson has established numerous Estate &amp; Asset Protection plans, he has formed and advised numerous Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and other business entities and has successfully navigated through numerous business and real estate transactions.
